TBT: High School Playlist

When I was in high school, I begged and begged my parents for a SanDisk Sansa MP3 Player.  For some reason, I was anti-apple products back then.  Maybe it's because I knew there was no way my parents would spend that much money for something I was likely to lose.

That year, for Christmas, I got just what I wanted.  It was from eBay, slightly used, but it was perfect.  Plus, it already had some songs on it the previous user had not taken off.  I didn't like most of them, but one stuck with me.  Me & U by Cassie. 

I mainly used the MP3 player for the radio while I walked home from school, because I didn't understand how to use Limewire, when it was popular. Actually, I still don't know how to use Limewire.  Do people even use that still? ANYWAYS!

Every once in awhile, for some reason, I would opt to listen to the previous owner's music instead.  I thought I was so cool listening to the song by Cassie.  Like I was getting away with something, like most 15 year old kids do.

To this day, I don't think my parents ever knew I listened to that song.  I don't even know if they have even heard the song themselves at all!
